Bill/Visor Length: Measure from the outside edge of the bill to the crown seam at the center front.
Crown Height: Measure from the middle button at the top down to the brim seam along the center front.
Width of Front Panel: Measure from side seam to side seam along the bottom of the crown where the bill meets the crown.
Head Size / Hat Size: Measure the circumference around the head above the eyebrows and at the widest part of the head. Divide the total inches by 3.14 to calculate your hat size.
